Our school, HECTEN, does not charge an application fee.
For French apprenticeship students, once we have received your application form by e-mail, we will organize an initial interview by videoconference with our school’s corporate relations department. Following this interview and receipt of your application forms, we will inform you of the outcome of your application by e-mail within a maximum of 15 days. If your application is accepted, HECTEN will send you your enrolment form.
For French students in initial training, the admission procedure is identical. After a positive decision, a €100 registration fee is required to confirm registration. A direct debit schedule will be proposed over several months. A discount is offered for full payment of tuition fees before the start of the school year.
For foreign students, the first year must be spent in initial training, except for bac+4/5. In the second year, the student has a choice, with the French government authorizing alternating courses. Upon approval, the registration fee is €1,000, non-refundable. A direct debit schedule will follow. A discount is also available for payment in full before the start of the school year.
For French students seeking an apprenticeship, the admission procedure is identical. It is advisable to apply as early as possible for work-study opportunities. We allow students to carry out their research until the end of October. If, despite our support, the student does not have a work-study program, he or she will have the option of continuing with an initial training program. We remind you that this status does not entitle you to a student card..
