We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments to your educational plans. École Hecten’s Cancellation and Refund Policy has been developed to provide you with clear guidelines should the need arise.

Cancellation period: You can cancel your registration free of charge for up to 30 days. This gives you the flexibility to make informed decisions about your educational path.

Cancellation Fee: After 30 days, a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the tuition fee may apply. This measure is intended to cover the administrative costs incurred in processing your registration.

Refunds: If you choose to cancel your registration before 30 days, you may be eligible for a full tuition refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days of the cancellation date.

Trouble-shooting support: We want to emphasize that your well-being and academic success are important to us. If you encounter any difficulties, whether academic, personal or financial, we encourage you to contact us without hesitation. Our team is here to offer you the support you need and explore solutions tailored to your situation.

Exceptions: We understand that exceptional situations may arise, such as force majeure or illness. Our cancellation and refund policy may be flexible in such cases. Please contact us to discuss the options available.
