Application

Our school, HECTEN, does not charge an application fee.

For French apprenticeship students, once we have received your application form by e-mail, we will organize an initial interview by videoconference with our school’s corporate relations department. Following this interview and receipt of your report cards and CV, a second interview will be scheduled with management. We will inform you of the outcome of your application by e-mail within 15 days of your interview with management. If your application is approved, HECTEN will provide you with a letter of support for your work-study search, as well as personalized coaching. We allow students to carry out their research until the end of November. If, despite our support, the student does not have a work-study program, he or she will have the option of continuing with an initial training program.

For French students in initial training, the admission procedure is identical. After approval, a deposit of €200 is required to confirm enrolment, which is then deducted from tuition fees. Payments can be made on a monthly basis. A discount is offered for full payment of tuition fees before the start of the school year.

For foreign students, only the first year can be taken as an initial training course. In the second year, the student has a choice, with the French government authorizing alternating courses. After a positive decision and full receipt of the application, a registration fee of 2000€ refundable up to 1800€ in case of visa refusal. The total is deductible from tuition fees. A schedule can be drawn up at a later date. A discount is also available for payment in full before the start of the school year.
